If you have haswell don't use prime 95. It overvolts the hell out of your cpu. Intel burn test is plenty validation.

Honestly if you have passed after a half hour to an hour it should be good, if you don't do any work on your computer, just play games try to play something cpu instensive like bf4 or do a single player run through of crysis 3 if you have it. I found after an hour of intel burn test I was perfectly stable I am also very close to the voltage threshold. I sit a 1.275V but 1.270V will blue screen me before i get to the desktop

i have a 4690k 4.5ghz with 1.218v

no, thats a good overclock, i had a buddy coll his pc with sub zero colling and get zeons up to 7ghz, it was ridecoulcus

I've hear that the latest version of Prime95 addresses the voltage issue with Haswell and Devil's Canyon CPUs, but I can't confirm.

IMO, best to use AIDA64 --> Stability Test for a few hours. It's pretty much Prime95...but "safer" for Intel CPUs.
