Recommended:

Asus Strix

MSI Twinfrozr

Gigabyte Windforce.

Get whichever one is the cheapest or fits your color scheme the best.

Sidenote:

The EVGA 970s are somewhat inefficient at transferring heat and are loud, not to mention that fact that they have their 6 pin power connectors in the WRONG place.

Aesthetics of rigs matter

Gigabyte G1 is by far the strongest.

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

What kind of case are you using?

AND no backplate...

gigabyte if your case can support it. Otherwise galaxy or strix

Well I am going to buy a case. I am looking for

Bitfenix raider for 4 usb 3.0 ports and Airflow

Corsair 300r for airflow and will upgrade to windowed panel ( Its flimsy and cheap looking though)

Thermaltake for looks and size with ample space on the back of the motherboard.

now for noise I dont care about noise as far as it is below my Ceiling fan noise

And yeah I do care about cooling as My room temperature goes upto 35 celcius. and on idle my current card is at 35 degree as I've maxed out my fan speed.

I'll see which card I want And will go for case according to as I dont have other options and they are in same price range i.e 110 USD ( Pc enthusiasts only live in westren countries or they think so. If you dont live in america you pay a good amount of extra money like 550 usd for GTX 970)

EDIT: My room temp vary from 28 to 35 (35 is occasional mostly its 30 to 32)
