Is anyone here really good with Photoshop

I need to make a school poster in photoshop the size of printer paper, but it keeps turning out ugly. Would anyone care to help

First I want to say thank you so much

Alright so the poster is a breast cancer themed thing.

The title should be PINK DAY 
The event is on Friday, October 10th 2014

You can throw in some things like WEAR PINK, or show your support. And the breast cancer awareness logo, which is like this pink ribbon. 

Thanks so much! If you could save it in PSD that would be amazing.
