Corsair Vengeance M65 Gaming Mouse

PuNkPoEtS

Hey all, i got this mouse since my last mouse didnt accommodate all my needs (Razer Deathadder Black Edition) i was looking at gaming mice that had adjustable dpi buttons on the mouse and i didnt want to spend too much. i am also a fps player mainly but i occasionally play rpg, rts but not as much as fps. upon looking at the reviews and pics online it did look a little small. even once i got to the store and looked at it i still thought it was small but once i pulled it out of the box it was the perfect size compared to my old deathadder. the software that it uses is really good with fine tuning with the dpi and the lift off height. you can also check the surface that you use for your mouse and it will tell you if it is a good surface for the mouse or if it is bad. i am using the Razer Megasoma mouse mat and it is a really good mat but it isnt as good as the mouse prefers but its still up there. it also has 3 weights on the base of the mouse which can be removed but i havent removed the weights as i think it is not that heavy at all. the only thing i do wish you could do is change the colour of the lights (its a blue) but you can at least turn them off. but over all i really cant complain about this mouse as i only paid $65 AUD

I've got one coming my way soon :D How easily can you guys reach the sniper button? Also, I've heard the scroll wheel can rattle. Is that an issue with yours?

I bought a M65 a while ago but didn't get to use it that much yet as I'm currently travelling for a while. But in the time I did use it I did not notice a rattle in the scroll wheel. Compared to my old G5 it actually felt really really solid and well built.

I have no problem hitting the sniper button but I don't really used it for dpi  I use it as an additional hotkey! Also I have not had a problem with the scroll wheel. I think it is a very  soild mouse it feels great on a 1080p monitor with the highest dpi setting.

Awesome. I had the intention of binding melee to the sniper button :P Not interested in a DPI lowerer
