Asus can't find record of rma?

I checked RMA status, says "sorry we can not find any record of this case"

Anyone? Should I worry? Should I wait? This is my second RMA, i got it back the first time and it was still broken.

SHould I contact asus about the no record?

you should contact asus. most companies that work with rma/returns keep a pretty good log on any and all items moving in and out of their possession. there might have been a mix up somewhere along the line. humans still work there. give them a call. im sure an asus rep number is posted somewhere on the internet. they should help you get everything settled.

Uh..

Their site says it will take one day. I contacted them, they say 2 days. It's been 3 days since jchang signed for my package , and still "we can't find records of your inquiry".

What should I do????

Cos the retailer would have some paperwork.

Sif you don't from the post office or wherever you sent it from.
