My PC build, Is it Good?

Is my Specs Okay? Its not the best but it does what I need, But is there any bottlenecking going on or a bad PSU? Thanks

Parts List:

-Asus ENGTX560 DCII OC/2DI/1GD5 graphics card (with VGA driver and manual 
-Intel Core i5-3550 
-Asus P8 Z77-V PRO mother board (with manual and driver) 
-Asus DVD/CD drive 
-Hyper DDR3 4GB ram 
-Silver stone OP650 power supply

Well, it's much better than my current PC at the moment, I'll say that.

1.More ram. 8GB is a must.

2.An SSD.

3. A faster GPU. 

Yeah, My Upgrade list is:

1. Faster GPU (Probably GTX 770)

2. An SSD for fast boot

3. More Ram for video editing

4. I7 4790k

5. New PC Case

Do you think the PSU is okay? And is my motherboard okay? Thanks

Well, it's much better than my current PC at the moment, I'll say that.

xD Whats your current PC?

It's not great but it's so it's ok. Also Ram needs to be your first upgrade. Also the motherboard is just fine.

Being able to multitask a lot more. Next time you feel like your PC is slow look at your taskmanager. I gurantee it's the ram.

Upgrade the RAM first, then the GPU, the GTX 970 is great from a price/performance standpoint.
