Should I wait or it's a huge difference

So I have R9 280x and 1366x768 Monitor is it necessary to upgrade the monitor to a 1080p one !?  it will be hard for me to upgrade it so Will it make a huge Diff. !?

That will make a pretty big difference, why have a great GPU with a crappy monitor?

lol i have the same setup. the games look Okay but it would be better to upgrade when you have the cash.

Go ahead and get the 1080p monitor, the upgrade will take some time to get used to, but will be worth it.

Because I had some internal thoughts said " it won't be hard to save up some money after buying the PC for a monitor "  :(

Yes. Upgrade right now. 1366x768 is awful. Even 1080p is a bit meh at 24".

how am i supposed to know you are struggling? Also, just play retro games until you can afford it. They are the best anyways.

naah I have a 32" 1080p 3D TV so at worst cases I will just play on it but it's 1080p or none :D
