I'm Replacing XFX 650W Core edition PSU fan with this one My question is should I connect it with the low noise cable or the regular one I want it to be quiet not silent Just quiet

That's a really interesting idea, do a log of it if you can. I had the thought of replacing the fan on my Seasonic X-series 750w with a Noctua fan, just because. If your PSU controls it's own fan speed based on it's needs, I would connect it without the low noise cable.
