pc shutting off unexpectedly.

Built a new PC, works great, when it doesn't shut off. it just shuts off ( no shutting down screen or restart screen) like it is cutting its power off, then restarts have not over clocked it at all, everything is stock, Windows 8.1 Pro is installed on my SSD. never even stressed the CPU as i am only doing basic productivity ATM, haven't done any gaming yet ( until GTX 980 is announced)

My specs are:

i7 5820K

Rampage V Extreme

Noctua NH-D14

8GB DDR4

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

Seagate Barracuda 2TB

Phanteks Enthoo Pro

Radeon HD 5450

Corsair RM1000

someone please tell me what the problem is ASAP

stress-tested the CPU for 5 mins using the app u suggested. max was 55 Celsius under full load and fans didnt ramp up all the way
