Does Titanfall have SLI support?

Go to solution Solved by Toddwjp,

yes it supports sli now and is pretty well optimized

I am looking at purchasing Titanfall in it's current sale price of £15.74. I have been looking online to see if Titanfall has SLI support since there are a lot of hullabaloo around March-May with an apparent patch coming soon to support SLI but I can't find if it was released because I will probably need the performance of my 2x GTX 780 Ti's for my monitor, LG 34UM95-P (Resolution = 3440x1440). Does anyone know if it was released and if it works?

A single 780 Ti can probably max out titanfall with solid 60 fps non-stop (assuming 60 Hz monitor). My 7870 does it :D.

Dual 780TIs should max that game out, it's not one of the nicest looking games on the market by any stretch, you should be fine.

He has a 4k Monitor! I don't think your 7870 can run Titanfall in 4K. Atleast not max.

Ooooooh. Oops

Yeah that's a bit too much for my poor old 7870xt :C.

I read a little bit onto it on the EA forum. It appears that it technically does has an SLI support. However, it's just 50/50 split the GPU load with no improvement at all. Ugh... TitanFall isn't a very demanding game. Your single 780 TI should be able to run it. It is on sale now too isn't it?

Man if you can afford 2 780TI's you can afford to give it a shot xD

PS: Epic rig you got.

It runs on a modded Source Engine, so I don't see it as a super demanding game like Metro: LL, Farcry 3, or Crysis 3.

@Mateyyy

It is never fully about looks of the game. Might be poor optimization. Example #1 Watch_Doges #2 ArmA series.

I have a GTX 780Ti and the LG 34um95, game is maxed out already, without FPS drop at all.

Thank you, that gives me a lot more confidence, I assume it works on that resolution.

Yes it will work
