You could try Zorin OS, it is the closest thing to windows I can thinks of out of the linux distros.

EDIT: In terms of UI, I mean, it is still light.

Spoiler

Case Bitfenix Ghost, Mobo Asus Maximus VIII Ranger, CPU i7 6700K @4.2 Ghz cooled by Arctic cooling Freezer i30, (barely). GPU Nvidia GTX 970 Gigabyte G1 @1519Mhz core, RAM 16Gb Crucial Ballistix CL16 @2400Mhz. SSD 128GB Sandisk Ultra Plus as my OS drive. HDD's  1TB  Seagate ST31000524AS its OEM, 3TB Seagate Barracuda, 2x 500GB WDC Blue (RAID 0)

If it isn't working absolutely perfectly, according to all your assumptions, it is broken.

crunchbang is a pretty lightweight debian distro since it runs with a minimum with 100MB of RAM being idle, though i seriously find a way to at least upgrade the ram on that thing either way

this is one of the greatest thing that has happened to me recently, and it happened on this forum, those involved have my eternal gratitude http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/198850-update-alex-got-his-moto-g2-lets-get-a-moto-g-for-alexgoeshigh-unofficial/ :')

i use to have the second best link in the world here, but it died ;_; its a 404 now but it will always be here

It runs on this sleeper. Amd E1-1200 1,4ghz, 1Gb DDR3 Ram with 1333mhz. It should work on yours. Had no problem on that slow thing netbook. While on windows it was freezing all the time :)

Bye LTT. That was an interesting journey on this board. At least here you see how not to do it. I'll go shaking my head about this place.
