Anything cheaper than AOC IPS 1080p?

My friend's looking for a 1080p monitor and I want him to get the best one for his money. Currently we are looking at the AOC i2367fh which is a very thin-bezeled IPS monitor for around $130 USD. Is there anything that is still IPS/ 1080p and cheaper?

That AOC IPS monitor is pretty good. I think it's the best you're gonna get :). But I could be wrong about that.

That AOC IPS monitor is pretty good. I think it's the best you're gonna get :). But I could be wrong about that.
