Do you guys think they are going to come out with z97 motherboards with ddr4

Z97 No.

Only X99 supports it at this moment. DDR4 does not come to consumer chipsets until Skylake.

DDR4 uses 284-pin slots while DDR3 uses 240-pin slots. In conjunction with physical interface differences, DDR4 uses different signaling voltages and other factors which makes DDR3 neither forward nor backward compatible also the controller in integrated in the cpu.So no util Skylake wich will come with a new socket Lga 1151 to replace the old 1150

Nah. No point for consumer grade or gaming plebs.
