Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum so I apologize in advanced if break any rules. I've recently started looking for a new T.V. to put in my room, I went to best buy yesterday and got interested in the beautiful 4K displays but I was a little concerned about some of the prices, upwards of $6000 for a 4K 3D smart tv of 65 inches. I was wondering if this price is actually accurate, is 4K worth the price right now or should I wait a couple of months before I decide to purchase, and finally if anyone has some recommendations about other places to buy a 4K T.V. Thank you for your time and I appreciate any help.

There isn't much 4k content atm...

You can find decent 4k tvs for $2000-3000 from samsung or lg

Wow you guys are fast. Thank you so much for the information Enderman, I've read all of the rules now. Thank you Deletive, that 65 inch is looking very, very good right now. And thank you Raining_Pixel, I had honestly not thought about Christmas / Black Friday deals, and I'm a little embarrassed about that.
