Zalman has done what I thought no case manufacturer would do.

Well, now I'm really happy and can say screw you to the guys over at Corsair and NZXT for fucking up.

I don't believe that water cooling would fit in that.

Its on their site, they wouldnt lie now, that top fraction of the case is pretty big so i think thats what allows the support.

zalman doesnt really have too bad build quality, I think its decent, not amazing but its the type of quality that if corsair put their badge on it people wouldnt complain about it(apart from the drive cage being stuck on)

I must say that a lot of plastic clips have already broken in my Z11 and that the power button has died. The metal construction is very sturdy though!

My personal rig: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/139780-zalman-my-first-build/

I use it partially as a Hackintosh. Don't judge me.

What's that vertical bracket for again? Fan mounts and GPU what? If it prevents GPUs from sagging, that would actually be a nice feature.

Oh I complain about Corsair's build quality.

Omg tell me about it. I have a 900d and the fit and finish is horrible. Sure it's metal, but in some places it doesn't fit as well, and in others has huge gaps. Corsair should be ashamed

Finally my Santa hat doesn't look out of place

Looks nice, can it fit a h100i/h100 at the top? If so, it's mine.

Is cable management good in the back?

not sure as i dont have it but the embossed side panel should help a lot, the only issue with it which i face with my case is that the spare cables can be seen due to the lack of rubber grommets, not a massive problem, i dont care but i know a far number of people which do.

I'm stuck. I personally don't massively like the design of the case, but some of its features are amazing. I think I'll stick with the 230T, and make-do without water cooling.

Its your choice in the end, i personally try to go as cheap as possible with my case as it barely effects performance, eg my z9 costs £50, i got it for £31 as it was on sale. I dont really ever see my case so its not a problem, the build quality isnt bad and the thing is easy to build in, im a minority but I believe more money should be spent on parts because thats what matters in the end.
