Would you say that is to the chance of getting a good cpu or having a budget mobo?

It depends on the CPU. Usually people get an average of 4.2-4.4GHz

Some people get lucky, others get unlucky. We really can't tell you what OC you will get because there is no way of knowing until you try it yourself.

Amen to that. I can tell from experience that you should never count on being lucky, because in most cases, you won't.

Hey guys, i finally got my pc running all fine  and im definitely gonna be overclocking soon.
