I was wondering why the big white block was there.

I am not disappoint.

But yeah, games are turning into "Buy it because we guarantee it will be great given a couple years, trust us!"

That's why I personally miss the days of walking into Blockbuster or Albertsons and renting games for my N64 and PS1, and eventually Gamecube/PS2. If they were crappy games, return them, it was only a couple bucks for a week anyways. If they're good, buy the game. My Steam library is more scarce than most of my friends; Something I am proud of. I don't impulse buy. I half-did on BF4, getting a deal and my friend owing me money and sending it via paypal, and the game was shitty. Payed $14 out of pocket myself for it, terrible game, no biggy.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

But i would not expect you to know that, coming from the Manchester...in the north... over there even british english vocabulary is somewhat of a rarity... grunting your own name would get you through the grammar school there.
