Cheap way to add windows to side panel

I own a corsair 200r and i want to add a side panel on it, i have seen bill owens guide but i dont have the tools for that. is there a cheap way to add a panel without high end power tools?

You have to cut out the metal one way or another, and it will look like crap if you don't do it properly.

Not worth doing you need a metal saw a grinder rubber to put around the window and your going to need to heat up the side panel to red hot to bend the cutout back so the window will fit.

Unless you got proper tools it's not going to look well, you either need to get the tools somehow or pay someone to do it.

Pay someone to do it for you? Or rent the tools and do it yourself.

at one of my local stores theres an angle grinder for $30, would an angle grinder be good to cut the side panel? if so where would i get the rubber to put on the grooves?
