SSD and hybrid drive RAID setup help!

I want to add up both drives storage.

That would be a very bad idea. Then half of your programs will run slow and the other half will run fast.

 

What you DO want to do is install your OS and all your programs on the SSD, then keep all your big files like pictures, music, and videos on the hard drive.

OS and programs are what will take advantage of your SSD's speed.

You cant do raid with those two drives...

And why would you want to do raid anyway? It's useless in your situation.

So I got a Samsung EVO 500gb SSD and a 1tb western digital hybrid drive.Which type of RAID setup should I choose and how do I intstall it?

Can't be done the way you ask xD
