1 to 2 years is long enough to save up money to get a key from MS...

i bought from there.

The only itch i have with the site is they added a second code without me realizing.

I found a use for it, and it was only 18 bucks at the time so i am okay with it.

Just check the quantity before you order.

EDIT: It even gives you instructions on how to get the ISO, and how to load it onto a USB drive.

Are you a student? I can get windows 7 ultimate or windows 8.1 through my school for $29 USD.

 

The website my school uses is onthehub.com. Many schools have accounts there, but I think you can get software there for lower prices (though maybe not as low as $29) if you have a way of proving that you are a student (probably student id or .edu email address).
