well i've got 4 grade b cpu/apus and all of them work just fine, some of them were new with a damaged box, some have come in oem boxes. they dont buy them off ebay and sell them in the grade b section because if you sent it back they lose money. also its an oem processor anyway so it would on have had a 1 year warranty when new. if its going to die from being a bad cpu, it will probably be in the first couple of days or weeks anyway.

That'll explain the price then. But my point was that it may have once been sold to someone, and something was wrong with a part other than the CPU itself, been returned, and now sold as refurb/used.
