The only time they're close to each other is, if you OC them to GPU heaven.

Maybe he had both an OC'd 760 and a Titan in the same system.. PCIe slots can be pretty close, ya know.

No, he was actually pretty stupid. He said he got 2000 fps in minecraft with his GTX 760.

Well he's most likely a 12 year old who only plays minecraft, so yeah, he's going to be a fucking tard and think a high end gpu is close to a low end gpu.

Dual 760's will outperform a Titan in SLI-enabled games at 1080p, but that's about it.
