Can you use a wireless xbox 360 controller for PC?

Yes, you just need the USB receiver for the PC and the controller will work.

This is the official one, there are cheaper third party options but I have not tested any of them I just used the official one.

I'm about to sell my peasantbox 360 to get some money for PC parts. I really liked playing FIFA so I decided to get it on PC, along with some racing games. It looked like they will have bad controls with kb + mouse so I'm gonna use an xbox controller. Can I keep my wireless controller and use it? Do I need to get a usb connector thing? I don't really want to spend an extra 40 bucks to get a controller.

The Wannabe is no longer. Replaced by the Flotilla. If you replace every part of a computer is it still the same computer?

it's also very easy to set up once you have the receiver.
