I have a question i know that there are many programs that show youre cpu or gpu temperature but which one is the best ? :D im really nooby when it comes to software sry =)

I'm not sure which one is best. Probably Aida64 as it has been mentioned by Linus many times. I'm using HWMonitor for simple temperature overview, it's enough for me at least.

For some time now Afterburner is also showing CPU temps and usage to go along with all the gpu based monitoring.
