Space Engineers World Dissapeared - Please help if you can

Hi,

 

I was playing space engineers and I got up to see some visitors out the door. When I got back like 30 seconds later, my Space Engineers World just dissapeared completely. It was like someone shot it with a magic wand, not a trace of it ever existing, but i am still in the world. I can still place blocks and everything, but its gone. It also autosaved the second i got back, so i can't quick-load. Anyone know how to recover any stage of the world at all?

might not be possible, remember the game is still a alpha. 

 

 

not as bad as a minecraft tekkit world i put 30-40 hours into, saved and shut down, next time i started the world, any block part of a mod where just gone.
