Hi. I have a CM Hyper 212 Evo on my 4790k and while playing Watchdogs and other games, it gets to 70C and sometimes a little more. Is this good or bad? At idle it's about 32-38c. I used Antec Formula 7 as my thermal paste too.

I also live in Southern California also, so it's pretty hot right now also.

Well you're probably having around 25-30C ambient temp, so a 40-45C delta is fine.

the temperature difference wont be very much, the stock would get the same temp, but runs much faster -->louder
