Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I need some artists

I've started a story, a star wars story to be a little more specific, and both Valkyrie dare and I are all hands on deck with the plot, so though I want to turn this into a comic or manga, it's not very feasible (neither of us are very good at drawing either)

 

you'll get illustrator's credit, and freedom of drawing angle.

 

Skills I'm looking for:

You need to be good at coloured manga

Convenient censorship (lexi, a female clone, gets naked after swimming and belly flops on another to wake him up, among other scenes of partial nudity. we want to keep that gag, but we don't want to become hentai)

As hinted earlier, you have to be able to draw anatomy realistically.

And any other skills you see as needed.

 

so, anyone up for it? We have 2 chapters completed as of posting this thread, and the link to 802 is in my sig.

Not really, your only writing it, not drawing or viewing lol. I'm sure theres plenty of us here on the forums who'd be more than willing to critique any and all artwork lol.....

Something tells me that I wouldn't want to see 18+ Teletubbies. The sun in normal Teletubbies scares me, nevermind in 18+.

Sure. be forwarned, I dislike "riske" stuff (softcore) and prefer "hardcore" stuff for my reading.

Be forewarned, you're not getting any sex, but relationships can get pretty intimate, and characters do get naked.

Is there a website devoted to finding artists for projects? I would think there is, considering the existence of the term "starving artist"

Very true. I was considering that you may want to publish. which would be awesome of course. I was thinking also that you might just find a star wars nerd willing to do it for free within that hipster artist community.

Usually I'd agree, however with Lucas (or this used to be how it worked, with all the books not written by him) it's different, he'd throw money at just about anyone willing to increase the canon of the star wars universe. Usually I would think being published in anything, would mean some small amount of royalties? (if you actually got it published to the point it was sold in a book store like books'a'million or whatever it's called)
