what about having titan z and 4 way sli with 4 monitors? :D

I was thinking more along the lines of a build that i'd have to sell a car to afford.. Not taking a loan xD

And i already have one of the dell monitors :P So it would be a 4 monitor build

But it's about the dream build, not reality.

I think i'd be quite happy with that build. And whatever those cards are (never heard about the STRIX cards before) they've still got 6 gigs of vram^^

I wouldn't game on more than one monitor anyways so i think it'll be alright  ^_^

Well I'm gonna be pretty realistic here, a 4790K on the Sabranco motherboard with 2x8GB Dominator RAM, 2 Classified 780Ti's, 256GB 840 EVO for boot, 1TB 840 EVO for games and 2x 3-4TB WD Blue in RAID 1 for safe storage. White H440 case with the Seasonic P series 860W PSU, all cooled by 2 360mm rads (should be enough, I'm a newb in custom loops), white full cover blocks, solid acrylic tubing and distilled water as the coolant. White Noiseblockers for fans.

As for peripherals, Shine 3 w/ blues and white backlight, Mionix Avior 7000, Sennheiser PC360 and an IPS/PLS 60Hz 4K screen.

My rig: CPU: Intel core i5 4670K MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1600mhz CL9 GPU: EVGA GTX780 SC ACX SSD: ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GBHDD: Western Digital RED 2TB PSU: FSP Aurum CM 750W Case: Cooler Master HAF XM OS: Windows 8 Pro

This is a dream thread tho they aren't suppose to be reality based money wise.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

That sounds pretty awesome actually.

I know, I tried not to go absolute overkill with 4-way Titan Black SLI and 4960X in a 900D for $20k like some people while it's completely useless and pain i the ass to use as well, this should fit into $5k and should be a real pleasure to use. I'm a sucker for white and if everything goes well I'm going to build a "redux" version of this that should be more than enough for my needs.
