Tips for Paintball

So tomorrow and thursday i go to this 2 day paintball summer camp.

 

i have been paint balling before but wondered if there were any veterans that could give me a tip or 2.

Yes if you have a shot take it but never fire only one round shoot as many as possible only stop shooting when they give up or you hit them twice.

Nonetheless, just go out and have fun. If you have an unlimited amount of paint, go insane, if not, then watch how much you shoot, don't want to burn out in the first day.

 

Nonetheless, take off the chestpad, toughen up, and bunker people, it's fun as hell, and the adrenaline masks the pain of the 2 foot knuckle shots.

Stay in cover... If you spot an opponent - pop in, pop out.

 

Also, make sure your ammo is decently filled up, it sucks firing with only 1 - 2 paintballs in chamber. :L

i dont think they will allow us to take off the pads, and we havs something like 1000 bullets for the 2 days, not sure it might be 3000 though. When i went it did not hurt so im guessibg they are standard paintballs

Aim for the face, the throat and the genitals. When you close on them use the rifle butt as a bludgeon.

Never stay with a croud of people, im assuming your going to be playing on around 4 acres or so, but yeah don't be moving with like 8 different people, its never bad to go with a partner. I always go with my friend and we team up.

 

 

Keep your mask on at all times... I learn't this the hard, way. Previous winter I went paintballing with around 50 people 25 on each team. But their was 2 foot of snow laying on the ground so after a few rounds I got shot (of course) so we have to walk about 1/6th of a mile to get to the battlefield and with the 2 feet of snow it sucked walking in that shit, so I put my mask up walking up and down the road, and the road is literally right beside where the games going.But it was like the second to the last round and I had my mask up and bam got shot in the cross fire right in the side of my chin near my temple. I'll tell you what that put me on the ground for a few minutes.

Also don't sit at a spot for 20 minutes and camp out, you got to keep pushing or you are not going to win.

 

 

And plan out some tactics, plan out how your going to get to X location or something.
