6/10 love the Phenom X6 but the GPU could be better. How well does it perform in games today?

I don't run any recent titles. I guess you can roughly extrapolate from 3D Mark Results:

Fire Strike 1.1: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/5388573.

Sky Diver 1.0: http://www.3dmark.com/sd/3266538

As you can see, it absolutely got rekt in Fire Strike.

Library:

MWF2

BF3

Combat Arms

My library hasn't changed much since it was built 4 years ago. Haven't really found time to really sit down and game because of University so the likelihood of upgrading the GPU is slim. However, I will be doing something about the boot drive because the Green is driving me nuts. Especially when Windows likes to hog disk upon startup.

CPU and GPU are a decent match but being a non K it cannot OC.

PSU..... questionable, but if it works it works!

SSD is one of the not recommended ones, but you have an SSd which is good for overall performance.

Decent case.

No case listed or KB+M.

"decent", your GPU is a bit better tha mine, and no bottlnecks being a  3rd gen i5 which is very similar to 4th, 5th and 6th gen. PSU is a Sirtec OEM PSU, on TomsHW.it it was chosen as the best price/performance PSU of the year. The SSD was a gift so yeah. :P Case is a mid range case, not decent. KB + M is CM Storm Octane.

Why are you seemingly taking offense? I don't even class my GPU as high end, Fury X and 980Ti take that spot.

I am glad your PSU is good.

Well that's the problem I am currently having, have been using my dell 1080p monitor as my main monitor and kinda just adding anything I can grab (say from work when they are getting rid of old monitors) for some help. Would you recommend going with a Eyefinity set up in the near future or something like a larger ultrawide monitor? Just because my desk space is already pretty cramped..

I would recommend a giant ass ultrawide one, since you saying your desk space is cramped,  Google for 3440x1440 monitor
