Is this a new-ish Acer Aspire S7-392?

I've been looking at ultrabooks on and off for a little and didn't know that Acer released an S7-392 with 1440p screen.

Is this an annual revision/ refresh/ update, which usually occurs late Summer? Or did I just miss it and they've had it released for a while now.

Also for those who have this or an older version, is it easy to upgrade the wireless card?
