Had it once in a sandwich with lettuce, cheddar and lean oven roasted turkey breast. All I can say is that it's not the best in the world.. Prefer mayo or mustard over nutella. Though using nutella as a dip with crackers and cookies seemed better than in a sandwich for me.

I love Nutella, I always put a craptonne of it on one slice, and then fold it in half, I make like 4 of them  :wub:

Not really in sandwiches, but it's I like it with other things. Try it with waffles or crepes... mmmm...

Just remember, in moderation - I doubt it's as healthy as they sometimes advertise it to be :P
