"Extreme" (close) Water Cooling?

Ni hao everyone!

So i want to start a little project later this year involving (ofc) watercooling.

I plan on using:

I5 4460

Msi gtx760 ITX version

And i want both of these being cooled by a single thinn 120mm rad (alphacool nexus st30) with a pull fan (new noctua industrials so i can turn em up whe necessary).

Do you think thats possible?

My aim is:

A quiet rig with a little better temps than air but mainly just having a small water cooled rig lol.

I think it should be possible considering that even the single rad on the 295x2 can (kinda) handle its load.

Please post you opinions etc!

PS: i want to use a very small case so i cant get any more rad space!

Why would you do this? this build seems like a waste to me (no offence) watercooling a non overclockable CPU and a mid range GPU.

a good air cooler will do a lot better than a tiny water cooler also air is more silent in most cases than water usually is.

but each to his/her own i guess, will work anyhow.

Just put noctua low profile cooler on and focus on exterior look.

Yeah i know its a waste but the only question is if its possible at all and if it would be better or the same as water cooling

My first thought was to use a low profile noctua but why not water?

Eh, I wouldn't worry about what strangers on a forum think, a few even think cooling anything under a 4930K and triple titans is a waste of money *rolleyes*

For your system, air cooling will do more than enough. Water cooling would cost more, have risks, and not do much more for performance; if you had SLI 760s, then it might be a different story, with more heat output.

Well i dont aim at gettin more performance. I also don't care if air cooling would be enough or if there are risks in wc or if its more expensive.

I only want the system to run a little cooler and maybe a little quieter than air. BUT with only one slim 120mm rad. If thats not possible i'll go air.
