TigerDirect shoppers, how is their return policy for defective items?

Just curious because I'm thinking about buying a bunch of parts through them to take advantage of this 10% cash back promotion I have on my credit card. I just refuse to buy things from places that force you to pay to ship back broken stuff that they sent you. Anyone experience that with them?

Mouse: Corsair Glaive.
