Aftermarket mATX in Acer M3970 case?

Hello guys, so i am thinking on reusing the case for my acer m3970 with either this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132083 or this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130702 matx mobo. The question is will it fit? I know the case is some sort of matx ?

yep that is what i think as well but the original mobo looks abit shorter than the asus and msi one.

Ok, because I was in the same situation as you, when I wanted to change motherboard, but realized my one was not standard, so I made a plan to upgrade the case, psu and motherboard, but since you have a ATX PSU, you have the option of a cheap case for the time being

 

 

Edit: Also your sig is your current rig right?

Yes, the rig in my sig is my main gaming pc. The one ill be building now is an HTPC/Steam In-Home Streaming :D
