Playing third party games on steam OS

Whats about third party games like Watch Dogs or Far Cry that requires Uplay to launch?

Do we can play these games on Steam Machines?

SteamOS is just Debian.

Which means, that it won't run Windows games until the developer decides to port it to Linux.

What you play on 'SteamOS' are ported games, you're not playing Windows games, that's why the library is limited.

In turn, that also means that any other game you want on "SteamOS" that isn't ported to Linux will not run unless you run it in Wine (or other Windows-'emulators').

So, not unless you use Wine or it has a Linux version.
