What Happen to the Otterbox Armor Series?

It looks like Otterbox doesn't make the Armor Series anymore and 2013 was the last year. But why did they stop making it? It was a good case. Now they have the Defender and the Preserver which is like the Armor split in two. One rugged/shockproof and the other waterproof.
