It will perform a POST. That is a function of your BIOS/software running on microcontrollers on the motherboard.

Some motherboards can post with no ram, others can't. I would check the specs of the motherboard and mnual.

So i was wondering if anything bad would happen to my computer if it had no RAM.... i have the Motherboard, CPU, GPU, Case, and PSU so far.... will turning it on hurt anything?

"Your computer won't boot. Your computer will detect that there isn't any ram on board during the POST (power on self-test) and you will get an error message in the form of beeps indicating failure of the POST test. You won't get a bios screen or any screen for that matter."

And no, it'll be ok. 

 

Why bother turning it on without RAM anyway? It won't get past POST. No BIOS, nothing.
