Sell 560Ti, take the $300 you now have and buy a 280X, or if $250's the lid I'd get a 760.

I know a lot of people suggest the R9 290 or 280x, it is very common, but I'm going to suggest getting a GTX 760 with your $250.

Yeah, I don't disagree. I myself wouldn't buy a mining card unless it were fairly low end (R9 270, HD 7850) and it didn't cost too much ($120 or less).

 

Tried mining myself, didn't like the heat output.

@helping yeah saw both of those. Both with really bad reviews other places. ASUS has artifacting and I haven't read the Gigabyte Issues yet.

i just order a windforce 280x and i researched that card and it has no problems to my knowledge

yeah, i searched and no blue screen issues were found by me, newegg is filled with dumb asses

@Thebman712 Hmm. I will have to see then. Buying stuff like this makes me edgy or whatever. @helping Those ASUS cards also have issues with artifacting which wouldn't appear while mining.

...you know you can ask the owner himself to verify them?
And if those cards were having issues, they would be spitting out errors and low hash rates.

 

I'm not going to convince you to buy his card (or choose the better option). I guess we'll default to what was said within the first few posts, your choices consists of a GTX 760 or R9 280.

280 if AMD, 760 if nvidia, but I'd go with the 280

280(200~) or 280X(279~)

 

You can OC the 280 to perform the same or slightly better then a stock 280X. 760 can't touch either.
