M8, you make no sense, but I'll bite.

G710+: Can't output audio (bummer, right?) but has Cherry MX Brown switches, GG.

Siberia V2: Doesn't have keys (wtf kind of headset DOESN'T HAVE KEYS?!?!1?11!) but can output audio.

G710+ Great for typing, shitty audio.

Siberia V2 Good Audio, horrible for typing, doesn't even have macro keys...

Guys he probably means the Logitech G430 or other Logitech headset.

Or he probably has a certain amount of money to spend and doesn't know whether to get a headset or keyboard

Haha.

If that's the case, I'd get the Siberia v2s.

Like maxvons said I would also recommend Siberia V2.

Ear padding feels nice, even though it heats up and the headset adjusts to your head size = lightweight.

Good high and lows for gaming, decent audio quality and it reduces a little bit of the background noise

The Logitech G430 has it's own points, but personally I wouldn't just go for surround sound and cloth padding(may not heat so badly as leather).

Got to love the Siberia V2 - Come in many colors as well as if you are a fan of competitive gaming you may be able to get a branded headset. - Great quality, comfy, mic is great (People tend to say mine is rather quiet at times I have no idea why - May need to check sensitivity etc;)
