Sound card for microphone (ModMic 4.0)

Hi, my sound card doesn't have a mic input so I'm forced to use onboard which doesn't fully utilize my mic (Antlion Modmic 4.0) and gives static background noise.

Looking for suggestions on a affordable/cheap sound card solely for my mic. Not interested in spending tons of money for the absolute best sound quality, it's mostly to get rid of the static noise.

Are you plugging the mic into the case or directly into the motherboard?

Tried both, both gives slight static noise. My onboard is the Realtek ALC892

Nothing special, but it gets the job done for my 650's and 612's.
