Replacement parts from manufacturer?

Hello guys, I'm currently planning on building a custom water cooling loop and I would like everyone's opinion on which brand out there has the best reputation on having replacement parts available to consumers. For example, I have gone to the XSPC website and I was able to find replacement o-rings for their CPU blocks. However, they do not offer any replacement o-rings for their GPU blocks, which was a major turn off. Thank you for your time.
