is there a budget? res is 3/4 of 4K

 

top of the line GTX780Ti SLi

 

second best R9 290X CrossFire

 

third best and a draw R9 290 CrossFire or GTX780 SLi

Your own video I see... seriously though for the OP 2 290's or 780 SLI. I will say though my single TI did pretty well on ultra at that res.
