Reliability it's debatable but I'd say Gigabyte specially with it's "ultra durable" components...

Performance is probably gonna goto MSI or Asus with Lightning and ROG brandings respectively.

I dont think there is a "best gpu brand" some have better warranty, some have better OC clocks, some have better colling... but I think the best ones are EVGA and MSI
