probably the h100i since it is almost exactly 100 US dollars which is practically 60 UK Pounds

Corsair H80i.

However you can get the Dark Rock Pro 3 for £62. It looks amazing and performs almost as good as a H100i (1-3°C difference), while being more quiet.
