August is quite a while from now.

I'd suggest planning later. ~2-3 days at most before you buy. Parts and prices change frequently so any parts list you come up with now will likely be obsolete by the time you're ready to buy.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

An 860W psu will allow for the addition of a second gpu.

My suggested build does not include an optical drive. Nor does the case support one. Windows can be installed from a USB stick so most people don't have a need for an optical drive.

A better cpu cooler that will also do a better job of showing off the build.

An IPS monitor will provide better color reproduction and wider viewing angles.

The Corsair AX860 is one of the best psu in its class and is fully modular.

thanks man but why the gigabyte graphic card i taught Asus had better cooling?

Either card is good. The differences are within what I consider the likely margin of error. You can check out reviews for each card by the same reviewer - Gigabyte: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/gigabyte_geforce_gtx_780_ti_windforce_3x_review,28.html; Asus: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/asus_directcu_geforce_gtx_780_ti_oc_review,28.html.
