Is it possible? Can you raid two partitions from the same ssd?

even if you could it wouldn't have any benefit, and probably slow the drive if anything.

No because the SSD is connected with only 1 sata cable, so you are still limited to the sata 3 speeds, which normal non-raid SSDs are already limited to.

I don't know if it's possible, but even if it was it wouldn't make any difference at all. You're still working off of one SSD, and you're limited by that SSD's read/write speeds.
