Shadowplay Question (Resolution)

Go to solution Solved by Enderman,

On the GeForce Experience website, it says that it outputs 1080p does that mean it downscales?

It will record whatever resolution your screen is and produce 1080p video from it. It will downscale anything above 1080p, and upscale anything below 1080p.

Fairly certain that they released a patch for 2650x1600, but I may be mistaken.

I believe it can record the max resolution of the game you're playing, which can be anything.

I use ShadowPlay myself.

Are you sure it's not 1920x1020? I thought that's what it output

I know resolution is just a number, but what is the max resolution that Shadowplay will allow you to record your games at?

Are you participating in the Watch Dogs competition in Keralis YT channel?

The number of pixels doesn't matter. It's the quality of each pixel that counts. That's why console games at 792p are just better. They put more love into each and every pixel. :P
