Non pwm fan control

So hey i bought a non pwm corsair sp120 high perf. Dual pack. So question can i somehow control it with corsair link(or anything for that matter) to be lower rpm? I can't get it to under 1900rpm any suggestions what can i do to it? Its pretty loud and annoying. Thanks in advance!

Yup that will work. I have a phantom 410, that has built in, ask my fans hooked to that, can get them nice and quiet

Hm, mine does, I also have a 410 and it only does it on the 2nd setting. I was just curious weather it was just me or not.

If you open the front door there's a really small 3way lever switch on the right side next to the 5.25 bays. It has a writing next to it 5v-7v-12v. You can connect 3, 3pin fans and it needs molex power.
