The 560ti dropped to 230$ when the 660ti came out so I dont see why it would drop so far...

You said the 660ti will not drop in price any more. But it happened in previous series like when the 660ti came out the 560ti dropped alot... I tried deleting the post because I had only read the first page when responding to it but the forum doesnt have a delete post button which is kinda dumb...

nvidia did not drop the price on the GTX 560ti when the 660ti came out. The only card to drop in price was the GTX 480 and it took a couple years and 2 generations of releases later LOL.

Le sigh.... It did because I bought 2 of them for the price of 2 normal 560s... and it stayed that way for as long as newegg kept them in stock

I think is was a special price to clear them out not that nvidia or EVGA directly did a price cut.
